Designed to alleviate the forgotten password blues, this password organizer works well but only offers a limited trial evaluation. Password Tracker Deluxe's commonplace interface allows you to easily store user IDs and passwords in a P-Track, with a wizard that makes adding them a piece of cake. Once an account is added, it takes only a few clicks for the program to automatically launch your browser and open the login page. You also can define a keystroke sequence that will automatically insert the username and password for instant access. We liked the security options found in this application, which include a master password for the program and an individual password for each P-Track. The program also comes with a password generator to further protect your security. The only downside is a 10-password trial limitation, but users of any level seeking to maintain and protect their vital information will be pleased with this application's capabilities.Publisher's description

An unlimited number of users can each store individually password-protected secure lists. "Lousy...completely screwed up my Operating System"
Cons: Loaded the trial version on my brand new Dell desktop with Windows XP Media Center 2005. The installation completely screwed up some of my system files and made Windows XP extremely slow. I had completely reload the systems files.
Unless you want to spend hours on the phone with Customer Servie of your PC maker fixing your OS, don't even try to install it.

Pros: I've been using PWT for about 3 years now. I depend on it exclusively for password management. So much so that I use the password generator to increase my own level of security. Highly recommend this tool!

Pros: Does everything it says and I use almost every feature. Love the P-tracks and how it takes me to my site. Customizable to add pauses, key strokes (function, ctl, alt, ets), plus more.
Cons: Not Vista nor Windows 7 compatible. Must use Windows override feature to let it work.
Summary: It has done everything I wanted it to do flawlessly. I get notification of updates when they occur. I even keep notes, billing information, other important data I want. Only needs to be made Window Vista & 7 compatible otherwise I would have ... read more >>
