It has been developed specifically for the software training industry to reduce the time needed between classes and seminars to prepare for the next batch of students. When done manually, it can take a trainer anywhere from 3 to 15 minutes per computer to reconfigure Outlook. When multiplied by several desktops, and several classes per week, this can equate to dozens of hours of wasted time, with the potential for mistakes and inconsistencies.
The Outlook Profiler does the same job in approximately 4 seconds per computer, with complete digital accuracy. It offers the additional benefit of saving an unlimited number of Outlook user profiles so that any desired profile can be brought up instantly - this is a great feature for students that come back on a regular schedule.
