Bugs, Wont stay running, Outdated

Pros
When its running stable, it is a good program.( When its running) Remote desktop and real time screen monitoring.
Cons
It wont stay running on Windows 10 server and tech support does not seem like they know what to do.It seems the software has NOT been kept update with the many windows 10 updates. Its almost impossible to install also. The software does look like a retro windows 3.1 program. I don't want to run the program in the ground because when it works it works good.That is, "when it works" And tech support seems to be non existent and absolutely no follow up. They do advertise that tech support will get back to you within 12 hours which is only available by Email. That's right, no phone numbers !! So when you are pulling your hair out trying to figure out how to install and finally do get it installed, You have to copy and paste a long series of numbers and letters that the program generates into a email to os monitor. Then you get to wait 12 hours to get your patch.. so it will work. During the install you will most defiantly have to battle off virus alerts for every client and server.
Summary
Don't waist your money here. Way better programs out there.

Pros
Many good functions. Logging screenshots and chat conversations, mails, url visited. You could see the details of each computers. No apparent conflicts with other applications or system software and utilities. Highly reliable.
Cons
Not really cons, but would be nice to see it could run on the MAC. Not find any cons at the moment.
Summary
Regularly updated, automatically update, need not uninstall and re-install again and again. The most important, lifetime free update and support. It's worth the price because of the quality of the product.

Absolutely nothing

Loaded with spyware and viruses - upon installation, it caused my PC to immediatley crash - after 2 attempts to restart (Even WinXP knew there was trouble - got "this system just recovered from major system failure" window warning - I did send a report to MS), finally got a stable enough system to run multiple spyware and virus scans - removed 25 spyware programs and 1 trojan horse from my system - I know they were from this software as I had just ran a normal systems scan yesterday, and my PC was clean!
