"Does not work right AND NO SUPPORT"

it is free but still not good

I tried to file my taxes on here...kept gettting many different rejection codes that literally made no sense. I knew my info was right. On a whim I went to hrblock, did their online returns and they were accepted right away with no problems. Also I emailed support at OTP for help and never got any response.

It is cheap.

The program is hard to navigate through and I made the mistake of not checking my paperwork before submitting and found later that my deductions for the state did not include 3/4 of them, so I lost money.
Summary
I am going back to H&R Block or try Turbo Tax next year. Stay away from OTP.
