No Matter whatever channels i tried i got the message "Windows media player cannot connect to the site" or "Windows media player cannot play this file". I created firewall exception for this program, still the same issue. Their FAQ does not mention any such problems/Solutions. I had to uninstall the program.

For now, the requirement to purchase additional software (add on's) to watch some Online TV programming is a big turn-off. I Can't afford it in today's economy!

This site is a complete scam! They have no support, no contact number! You can only contact them via email. They don't respond to emails. I had sent a support request to them on Monday 20-Sep and still waiting for a response.

Then purchased the professional version and again no channels! I then contacted their billing company on the Tues 21-Sep 'Avangate' for details. They also don't have a contact number? Very odd! This is a scam! They said all they can do is send an email to their support and wait for a response. Today is Friday Still waiting!! Now trying to get my money back! I had to contact mastercard for an immediate refund as it wasnt forthcoming from Avangate! Don't touch this company! Bewarned...
