Go from design flunky to graphic genius in less than 60 seconds. This creative program helps you put together business cards, address labels, letterhead, and CD labels in a snap. We were surprised that, despite the amount of features, OfficePrinter as a program doesn't take up a lot of disc space. A whole library of templates helps get you started, and included clip art and logo designs give you more options for design. During testing we were able to create business cards easily, as editing options are easy to find and are straightforward. You can choose any size font for text, add and edit images, and draw shapes. Effects such as adding shadows, creating a spiral effect, or zooming can be applied to any detail as well. Overall, this is a useful program for anyone wanting to create their own business cards or personal stationary.

Logos and clip art are included. Text and clip art can be rotated and skewed to any angle. Special effects such as shadow, spiral, zoom, and shapes such as curves, arches, and ovals can be applied to text. OfficePrinter supports both U.S. and metric units, and letter and A4 paper sizes.
Version 2.0 includes a database/mailing-list feature for making address labels, name badges, and envelopes a snap.

Easy to use. Everyone says user friendly but this one is. I have made business cards, letterheads, trifolds and certificates with my own pictures and lettering. Truly versitile for everyone.
Cons
The only thing I can think of that might be considered a con is that if you send the finished product to someone who doesnt have the software to open it, they cant. I ordered the CD for a few dollars more so my wife will have the software.

I got a new computer with windows 7 instead of the xp on my old one. Instead of trying to load the program onto the new computer I ordered another from Moss Bay. They have a great progran for $16, so why not spend the little amount of money to get any upgrades and help them a little. My wife shows dogs and teaches Reiki, and I have made up advertising for her. She just cant seem to understand the programs. So, now I will load the program into her computer and she will be able to see the finished product and proof read it.
This is a must buy!! You will love it. -

I am using this prog because you can force your printer to use the size stationary that YOU want to use, the free trial is always a must for me these days, thanks Plimus.

My primary use for Office Printer is custom business cards, and this software exceeds my expectations.

In the past I've used half a dozen different (expensive) software programs for this purpose and always ended up frustrated. It's amazing how well this software interacts with all of my printers flawlessly with no margin hassles - even without using a custom Avery label template. I can print out a single sheet of cards in a matter of minutes with all of them correctly aligned and with the vivid color accuracy in the background photo images that my printer provides for actual photo prints. There is no aliasing, and the detail is amazing. I just can't say enough good things about software that is so user friendly.

I downloaded this software because it got many good reviews. I was not disappointed. I just spend less than half an hour and re-created my business card, which thanks to Vista and some old software I could not create. I have now purchased Office Printer 2 because I update the card frequently.

Cumbersome to edit text, having to hit the text symbol again rather than just select the text, a little cumbersome to print odd numbers of labels. You have to print the full labels, then deselect some labels from a new sheet, hit print again.

Summary
Very easy to use. I saw reviews of people saying it was too complicated to use but I don't see how! I use doPDF (another fantastic download) and I can save a screen shot if needed and select resolution as high as I want. Cnet is the best site I have found for downloads and I have used it and recommended it to everyone I know.
