  Pros

  When it works it is ok, when it is not, you have to deal with areal annoying tech who thinks he is GOD. Other employes are great, helpful and curious. The software is laid out like most and can be figured out in a small amount of time training.

  Cons

  Tech support, IRRITATING, slow most days, complaining does absolutely no good, 1 guy is all they have for 99% of the issues and he is snotty at best, they have no intention of training him, replacing him or firing him. Most documentation of any use has to be emailed to you and although they use scanners, receipt printers and special keyboards, they refuse to help in anyway these minor issues.

  Summary

  There are other companies that have quality software, tech support and more than one person who knows anything.

  Pros

  The product is cheap and seems to have lots of features, The name says it all POS stands for Piece of S....

  Cons

  Found it does not track the inventory correctly, integrated with Quick Books but id doesn't post all Transaction and posts others to wrong accounts. Tech support unhelpful. Sales Tax Audit found that it has stopped posting some of the Sales tax.

  Summary

  Has cost me over $5,000 and a Tax Audit

  Pros

  Great security, great stock management, good ledgers, easy and amazing POS, it works well with my staff.

  Cons

  Help files needs to be improved, especially on ledgers.
