Learn 22 yoga exercises using this easy-to-understand instructional video application, though it requires a browser and Flash plug-in. Office Yoga for PC's basic Web page interface features small embedded example videos, advertisements, and simple instructions. The exercise directions, repetitions, proper breathing, and precautionary warnings accompany each video. The exercises are simple to perform in an office chair or by your desk. Though distracting, the text advertisements did not obscure the video or instructions. More irritating is that the interface forces the user back to the index after each exercise. Anyone can do these simple yoga exercises, so practicing along with this freeware at your desk makes sense for any computer user.
