"Primitive, not free"
Version: Office Timesheets 2
Pros
internal web app. configurable
Cons
Not integrated with active directory, somewhat tedious interface, no reporting for employees, etc. Multiple levels of tasks, but it's a hierarchical task structure that doesn't allow you to specify types of activity independent of projects.
Summary
Very simplistic application with not much flexibility. For simply allocating time to projects, it's adequate. For anything more sophisticated, it falls apart quickly.

"***NOT FREE***"
Version: Office Timesheets 2
Pros
Thought it suited needs well
Cons
Not free at all. Requires either a fee of $99 (5 user minimum!) /mo. $9.99. I don't begrudge developers out there from making a buck, but ought not to say it is free. Like we'll buy if somehow cajoled... tsk... tsk...
Summary
NOT FREE
