"Annoyingly slow but does the job."
Pros: Automatically creates tasks via email (help@your.org) which can be assigned via rules to different users.
Cons: Horribly slow. It can take minutes to open a work order, launch or just log in.
Not worth the wait.Summary: It's an exercise in patience and not worth the wait. It takes so long to launch, log in, and add a new item that its a wast of time. Every time I start a new task, I have to wait for the software to catch up.

"Really like it - easy to install and loads of features"
Pros: Includes help desk, inventory, licence management and change management - all well integrated. Matrix view very useful.
Cons: Too many features if you only have 1 IT support guy.

Pros: Software will certainly run any help desk, popular
Cons: Price is too high, large download, learning curve a little too high when wanting to crack something out of the box and use
Summary: Unless you are fortune 500, the fit may be too big if you are looking for something more 'nimble'
