"Great software that makes networking so much easier"
Version: NetSetMan 2.6.1
Pros
Allows to set multiple sets of settings. Allows to set DNS while getting an automatic IP (windows doesn't let you). Works quickly and shows clearly. The status box is really helpful. Free not even a trial completely free.
Cons
When you hit refresh it automatically switches between wired and wireless back to wired. Also, it doesn't switch the presaved windows settings back to what they were when you switch off it such as to switch back to automatic.
Summary
Great product. I recommend anyone that is using multiple networks and has to manually set the ip settings to get this. And of course it is free for individuals use.

"Great program for setting up multiple network profiles"
Version: NetSetMan 2.5
Pros
Easy switching between profiles. Not a complicated program. Makes my day.
Cons
I can't say anything bad.
Summary
This product is amazing
-
"Very snall yet useful program!"
Version: NetSetMan 2.4.2
Pros
it loads QUICK! very easy to use!
Cons
there are only 4 slots available to preset. the program cannot detect the network device (LAN card or Wireless) if it is disabled, therefore can NOT AUTOMATICALLY RE-ENABLE the device from its disable state. It would have been nice (like Mobile Net Switch) if the program can enable/disable a network device and apply the corresponding settings.

"Very solid -- exactly what I needed to network on different nets w/ diff configs"
Version: NetSetMan 2.4
Cons
It does get hung up on DNS -- I don't think its netsetmans fault though
-
"Easy to use and making your life much easier"
Version: NetSetMan 2.3.3
Pros
For notebook PC users who need to use the PC both at work and at home, this is the best piece of utility software I've ever seen. Highly recommended!
Cons
There should be more documentation for those who do not have a strong technical background about the settings of print server, drive mapping etc. Also, the Vista version is still in beta. Hopefully, the production version should be ready when Vista SP1 is out.

"Good, straight forward, easy to use program"
Version: NetSetMan 2.3.3
Pros
Good clean interface. Program worked as it should. Install was nice and simple.
Better then other Network switching programs I have used. Will definately keep it as part of my tool set.
Cons
The only slight gripe I have, was having to refresh the NIC card selection. Not a major fault, but would have been if it picked the default NIC automatically.

"Small but very handy tool, adviced!"
Version: NetSetMan 2.2.2
Pros
-You can configure up to 6 different IP connection that can have 3 different IP and DNS number.
-Very quick, It changes settings within seconds.
-Takes just 3.5mb when minimized to tray.
-It does what it says.
Cons
-have win98 like gui (actually it is not a con)
-
"Allows full configuration of network settings easily"
Version: NetSetMan 2.2
Pros
Up to 6 profiles that can be named. Can change DNS, PC names, workgroups, printers, scripts.Good help file also.Great program if you move between a few networks.
Cons
No 'send to tray option' unless it starts with windows. 6 profiles might not be enough if you have several different network adapters (e.g. wireless and wired) and move around a lot.
-
"Easy Functional, No Restart Required!"
Version: NetSetMan 2.2
Pros
This program is easy to use, you can click on Setup 1 and have it automatically configure to the router/modem your connected to and save that information in the first setup, and so on for setup 2,3,4,5. It's a great program, it takes the lazyness out of doing Static IP.
Cons
Lacks Tray Icon that should just stay in the Toolbar when closed. You should just be able to click on it, and choose a IP and other networking config that you would like for that network.
