Version: Napster 4.5
Pros: n/a
Cons: Nothing but trouble with Napster's Website and app (XP Pro, 1G RAM). Their posted disclaimers and policies are indecipherable. Customer service is robotic, totally disinterested. If your paid-for download is interrupted, you're SOL.

Run away!

"a little shocked it has not improved much"
Pros: would not be fair at this moment to judge
Cons: much slower and "freezes up more than it did before
Summary: about ready to change ...(would rather not) but improvement is needed

Not very responsive
Seems a bit unorganizedSummary: I used to use Rhapsody before I switched to this, hoping that maybe this would be better. I was wrong. It was 5x worse than Rhapsody. It did not have songs that Rhapsody had even though it claimed to have 7 million songs which is 1 million more than... read more >>
