This is an offline loader, one does not need to be connected to the internet and connect to an unknown server to load media, One can load, wav, mp3, mpeg, midi audio and video file, as well as java games and applications. And afcourse wallpapers

Program works great. If you have USB issues technical support has updated drivers to assist you. Even with windows Vista.

Nothing. Support was great, even though responses said otherwise. I did find that if I did not add @gomyteam.com to my allow list, their emails were not coming through. 10 day trial was kinda short, but was enough time to try the product. If you are planning to try the product, be sure you have time to evaluate. Once the trial period is up, it can only be reactivated by a license key. Oh, and many license key issues can be corrected faster if you contact sales@gomyteam.com. But they will only assist with key issues. If its a technical issue you will need to contact support. Hope this helps users. Many users here don't give informative feedback.

the u can never use it again where the h+++ is the full version u can't find it and there's no support just e-mails that give u the run around and then u can't use rhe trail version ever again on the pc so do all u can in those 10 days and forget it don't buy cause u won't get refund if u know wher the upgrade is plese tell me

Can very easily upload ringers and mp3 to the newer motorola phones.Software is very easy to use.

Customer support is terrible if you buy the software.They usually take three days to get back to you about your problem. When the trial software de-activates itself after the ten days and you purchase the e-key to re-activate,it doesn't work.Instead of them taking the time to figure out why it won't re-activate with the operating system you have, they tell you to uninstall your operating system and all programs you have on your computer and then reinstall your OS and all programs.That's a sorry excuse for customer support.When the trial version,your OS and all your programs worked just fine during the ten day trial and now they try to tell you its your computer causing the problem-I think you get my point!!!!They WILL NOT refund your money once you purchase the e-key.BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

These guys give terrible customer service. Originally after I purchased the product they didn't send me the activation code. Twice over the next 10 days I submitted trouble tickets via their website. I received automated responses each time acknowledging that they had received my ticket but nothing else. Then finally after I filed a dispute with PayPal they e-mailed me the activation code. Sheesh!
