From James Willis :MusicBridge allows people who use both iTunes and WMP on the same machine to keep their libraries in sync. MusicBridge offers a variety of synchronization options so that you can manage your music collection in either media player or both.MusicBridge duplicates meta-data between Windows Media Player and iTunes, it does not copy physical files between the applications.

Pros: Free, easy to use, effective ... and I could not find another tool that would transfer ratings over to iTunes at all. This did it beautifully.
Cons: There is nothing that I didn't like about this little app.

"Lovely, but not without issues"
Pros: Converts files quickly and easily.
Cons: Language is simple, but not completely intuitive. Asks if you would like to replace your files when exporting from one application to the other. It means replace same named files.
