This program has not a user friendly appearance and users must have a good vision on his eye and his knowledge about finance! Precision in decimal numbers in unit measurement is very low but their very important for precious commodity like gold.
Summary
I prefer a simple and easy to read and understand than a very complicated program which also doesn't have all features of a professional financial calculator!

Every option that an accountant needs can be found in this calculator: 'Adding Machine' input mode, fixed decimal places, auto decimal, tax button, item count, tape, amortization, just to name a few. It works flawlessly and is worth every penny! The help menu really is helpful, unlike so many programs these days. The help index is the most comprehensive I have seen in a long time. Need to know what 'Digit Grouping' means? Click on help, then index and scroll down to, you guessed it, Digit Grouping. How refreshing to be able to find help so easily! No more straining to reach the 'real' desktop calculator now that I have this one at my fingertips. Thanks, Moffsoft!

I've been struggling w/the standard MS provided calculator for years, not even contemplating that someone would make one available that could be adding machine based in it's applications. I've been using it for 5 minutes and I'm in love!

If you're used to using an adding machine, download this puppy and change the option for adding machine input and you'll be happy as a clam! So long Microsoft calculator!

It gives the uses various choices on color, functions, display. I felt it was worth the $19.95 I paid for it.
Cons
The only thing I don't care for is it does not retain memory in case of a restart or after shutting down the computer.
Summary
I have tried many other calculators & by far this is the best. I had used the moffsost free calc for at least a year & was impressed with it. It can be set to be put in the tray & when closed still retains the information. I would tell anyone this is worth the money.

I've lost count of the number of calculators I've tried and removed from my PC but this is definitely the one for me. <p>I really like the fact that you can not only customise the general appearance of the calculator but you can also remove buttons that you know you'll never use. On top of that you can display a TAX button so that you can easily add tax to any calculations - in the UK we have 17.5% VAT so this makes things so much easier. <p>Can't recommend this highly enough as an everyday but powerful and configurable calculator.
