Version: MobilEdit with Ringtone Editor 3.3.0.859
"Didn't work with my EnV Touch, so..."
Pros: Looking through the application, it LOOKS like it offers plenty of options to those who can get it to work with their phones, but since it didn't even recognize mine, I have no idea how well or poorly it works.
Cons: Potentially few cons, but again, it couldn't see my phone, so I had no opportunity to really play with this program. Appears to be very extensive, and very helpful, but if it doesn't work with your phone, none of that will make any difference to you.
