"Seems great but problems persist"
Version: Mint
Pros
Free online budgeting tool that syncs all of your checking, savings, investment, loan and credit card accounts, allowing you to see exactly where your money is going.
Cons
Persistent problems updating and linking accounts
Summary
The idea is great but the continuing problems with certain banks make it almost useless. The support team is aware of the issues and claims to be working on a fix, but over a month later there still is no solution. The budget-setting and planning tools and user-friendly interface keep me coming back to see if the problems have been solved, but my frustration has grown to the point that I am searching for new software.
