Simple to learn and use. Very good product

Pros
A great way to control purchase orders, pricing, vendors and deliveries. Easy to setup. Don't need any software. All data is stored in the cloud. Reminder emails are generated so nothing falls through the cracks Tracks historic pricing by item and vendors Allows us to order items based on different projects from the same vendor. Can set it up so that different people can approve POs before they get sent. Good price.
Cons
Reports are based on a CSV export, which is a bit of a hassle. Does not link direct to the accounting system, which is both good and bad.
Summary
Highly recommend this software if you don't need or want a full ERP. Saves us tons of time and money. Very smart stuff.
