"A Dream Yet to be Realized."

What a great idea. It's the only thing of it's kind, that I know about, to bring such functionality to so many different players.
Cons
Glitchy. Constantly having to be re-installed in order to render the functions you might want - IE: Opening w/ chosen player -particularly w/ windows media player (- which has issues of it's own so this may be more the fault of microsoft's constant meddling)// Inconsistent availability of features like auto scrolling or "static mode". (For that matter - how about some consistency in the titles of certain features & functions between version updates so it's easier to navigate.)// & more than anything I'd like to know - When are they going to fix it so that when you check "don't prompt me" it stops nagging you w/ the dialog box for downloadable lyrics search, so that you can simply move on to the next song w/ out tripping over the clutter of unanswered prompts? // I'd like to see them develop a dedicated lyrics data base that stores users selected lyrics for download so there becomes an all inclusive resource for users of every taste.
Summary
I'm glad someone is working on this & hope for the day when it's less of a hassle but feel sorry for those who're paying for it in the meantime.

Getting stuck when a new song plays, have to stop the song just so I can see the lyrics when using Hellium. Has a small list of YouTube band lyrics, they have ALL CAPS but not Tom Milsom. VLC freezes & not responds.
Summary
Using Hellium Music Manger 8 Network. Surprised me that it had a good amount of japanese lyrics & even Basshunter. Some songs yeah they don't have like Michael Franti's Crazy or TETRA-FANG's Break the chain. Haven't had the chance to use Itunes or VLC player yet.
Just tested out VLC, it's ok but it keeps on causing crashes. Had to opt out of it. I wish Hellium worked a bit better. -

Seems to work quite well when it's working.
Cons
Messed up loading of progs; when removed left claws in so progs complained couldn't find it, esp on shutdown. Support didn't respond to me. I finally found a separate plug-in installed, had to remove THAT. OY VEY! And didn't like interface either.
Summary
Overall I just found it was incredibly annoying. The lettering has shadows on it which make the text unclear, and the problems it caused my music progs were just not worth it - and I am never impressed when I go to a web site and ask for help from Support, and get nothing in return. Any program that installs itself into the basics of other programs, and then won't remove itself correctly, is invasive and badly coded, not to mention just plain bad mannered.

Good editor, lots of functions and options, finds lyrics for almost everything. This one does the job you want and a number of jobs you didn't know you wanted.
Cons
For some reason I keep having to re-install or re-link it. Not often but enough times that I'm aware of what to do when it doesn't start automatically without having to thnk about it.
Summary
This is the one that I use all the time. I've looked at other lyric display software and this one has all the bells and whistles without skipping over the meat and potatoes. Most of what I'd change about this software are things that I know I'm just being picky about. This is one of the best downloaded software apps I've run into and the one I feel the best about finding out about. If you think it doesn't do something you want, you just haven't figured out where it's at, yet. Look again.
