Minute-Manager is a useful yet simple to use software tool for keeping track of minutes and actions of meetings. It allows you to set up company or department details including employees or attendees and their contact details. Minutes can be added by subject, edited and printed. Actions can be added for each subject and later filtered for viewing, editing or reporting by subject or person responsible. Color-coding indicates if actions are overdue. The next time you have a meeting why not estimate the hourly rate of everyone in the meeting and then multiply by the number of hours to get the total cost of the meeting? Now ask everyone in the meeting if they think that the meeting was worthwhile? For less than the cost of a meeting you can use Minute-Manager to change the way your business operates. You can link peoples performance to the commitment they make in meetings and you can better run your business.
Version 3.6 improves registration, activation, and updating for Windows XP and Vista.

"MMloaderv2.exe failed to initialize properly 0xc0000135"
Pros: None so far - can't find out either.
Cons: Won't install out of the box. Re-downloaded it twice and it's b0rk3d.
Summary: No opinion of how the software works other than I simply can't get there to find out.
