That could cause problems if the people themselves can pick whatever mails they want to handle. One could only pick the easy ones and leave others for the rest of the group. Or one could pretend to be busy with one mail all day and leave all other mails for the rest of the group.
This add-in can help you dividing those mails to different members of the group based on the percentage of workload they should handle. Also, the mails are divided equally so it's almost impossible that one user gets all mails from one sender. This version is the first release on CNET Download.com.
