MagicScore School 5, as the name implies, has been specially created for folks who are learning music, but professional musicians can use it as well.
Version 6.0 adds 1/128 uration, Auto-calculation of measures' duration to its notes, when the Time Signature of a composition is not set and Voice placement in 2 staves.
