This program offers exercises to help you avoid fatigue and injuries while you work on the computer, but the demo version only offers limited options and exercises. MMB Mighty MicroBreaker's system-tray icon offers a simple right-click menu to play exercises, configure settings, or close the program. Settings are limited and include options to select a break interval from 30 minutes to four hours, but only the one-hour interval is enabled with the demo. You also can opt to play exercises only on demand. Other settings let you choose from one of the demo's two brief exercise sets and select one of two animated guides for the video. The program's main window is dominated by a video screen with a few simple controls to play, pause, and rewind exercises. The minute-long session includes shoulder, neck, chest, and eye stretches demonstrated by the guide, and we were impressed by the quality of the easy-to-follow video. Unlike similar applications, MMB Mighty MicroBreaker doesn't lock your keyboard or mouse during breaks. This app isn't as feature-rich as similar programs on the market, but its simplicity makes it a good choice for the less advanced user.
