  I have had an account for many years. I pay an annual fee to not have to contend with ads. Now however I frequently get logged out and every time I log back in I get ads and usually a popup ad that keeps me from logging in quickly. And now it has gotten very slow. Especially in the evening it can take several minutes for the program to respond.

  Summary

  It used to be very good but now it has gotten very bad.

  Old, many problems -havnt been able to acces my account in over a week despite several emails to them. Im tryin to organise my wedding overseas - but now cant access my quotes!!! ive begged them to fix it but just poor service all around!!!

  Summary

  well im not allowed to to swear! Go somewehere else for your email account - infact i wouldnt even go to lycos.com for anything!!!!!!
