You may capture streaming video to a file for further playback via LiveStream Mobile or locally. Intelligent motion detection mechanism with variety of notification channels: E-mail, SMS, IM (GoogleTalk), LiveStream Mobile. Runs from within local network. No fixed IP required. Automatic capture upon motion detection.
Version 5.4 is a bug fixing release.

Cons: It's not free, you register and then you're asked to pay via paypal to use it...

Pros: Need to change the license to something other than free.
Cons: If not free, why is this listed under free and why does it have 4 stars. Will the owner of this software please tell me. Thank you.
