Terrible customer service, would not recommend

- Although this was easy to set up, it did not do what we wanted
- Cons
- Terrible customer service with this company. We tried the software and it did not work for us. We have been trying for 3 months to cancel. They keep billing our credit card. They have stopped answering our emails and aren't on line for live chat.
- Summary
- Never, ever work with this company is the bottom line. They try like heck to get you to use their software and sign up for their sevice. But then when you want to cancel they ignore you.
