Very disappointed with this purchase. A good flashy website is all they have. I contacted the support and they responded that the problem has been fixed, i updated my program, still the same. I requested them for a refund. Don't waste your time and money on this program.

Summary
If you do not use Flash videos and don't mind the annoying pause triangle, this application may be suitable for you. One of the reasons I download is to get rid of the pesky triangle in the middle of the screen when I pause. Leawo You Tube Downloader only makes the triangle bigger. Also, the hover icon comes up with computer start-up and stays on top of everything. I can get rid of it but downloading is something I do only on occasion so it is bothersome.

Do NOT buy anything from these thieves. I recently bought software (DVDtoMP4) from this outfit. It didn't work as advertised, and they have stonewalled my refund for (going on) 3 weeks, with no resolution in sight.

First off, it's webware, not software... at least this latest version is. For the life of me I couldnt figure out how to capture a video. There are ads evrywhere. Everytime you click a menu item it opens another window trying to sell you stuff. NOTHING looks like the sample screenshot at the top of this page.
It also comes with MALWARE, and upon installation it disabled Windows Firewall and Defender... hooray for redundant protection!
Upon uninstalling, it left some residual "extras" that my antivirus was able to catch. -

I ended up having to download another piece of (free!) software to convert the videos to the format that I wanted, but the two pieces of software are automatically linked, so the other one will actually pop up pretty seamlessly whenever I need it..
Summary
Great software. I had tried about 3 or 4 other similar downloads before I found one that actually works, whether the fault lies with the software or me is debatable, but bottom line is that this one is super easy to use, and it does te job every single time! Highly recommended!! DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DOWNLOAD THIS ONE!! :)

The software was intuitive (however I found many that were similar to this platform, so did they just rip it?).

The software I downloaded was defective and LEAWO would not refund my money.

Although it was another software I downloaded I'm just letting you know, that if they cannot solve the problem or you find a better alternative to their unusable software, they will not refund you your money.

First, it installed okay and I had three icons here there and everywhere. Next, when you click one of them to go to Leawo downloader, it goes full screen (I don't need that). I went to YouTube, a favorite music video, and clicked everything I could find to get it to download. Nada. Nothing. Zilch. Zero. No download screen appeared asking where to save file and in what format. Nada. Nothing. Zilch. Zero.
It's gone now, and I rue that it was a total and complete waste of my time. -

When I finally successfully download a file it seems to be fine.
Cons
Window resizes itself after clicking anything and I have to constantly resize it to the way I want. It should be very simple to use if not for the instability.
