And also helps to chat in Tamil using Yahoo, Google Talk, MSN, and AIM chat clients.
With full Unicode support, now you can send and receive Tamil Unicode mails, chat in Unicode Tamil, and search the Web for Unicode Tamil contents. Kural Tamil software is bundled with Kavithai a Tamil/English word processor, Paravai an SMTP based email client, encoding converter, Thendral a compact, portable Kural, and Osai a Tamil text to speech engine. This version is the first release on CNET Download.com.

Version: Kural Tamil Software (Tamil) 4
Pros: I am using it for a while and I never had a problem. In the new version Kural 4.0, I can see the performance improvement and its nice clean look.
Cons: Nothing I know off.

"So far the best and easy to use software."
Pros: All those who love Tamil language and literature will enjoy typing articles in it. It is versatile and I sincerely hope it will carry further improvements by including a powerful "Spell-check" and may be facility to draw tables and figures.
