I have no idea what's good except for the live info bar about your memory usage. You can use Windows task manager for that and WTM allows u to shut down memory intensive apps.
Cons
If your not having memory problems, don't bother with this.
If you are having memory problems, cough up the $$$ and buy more memory on eBay. You obviously need it.Summary
Buy more memory if u suspect you have a problem. Memory is the cheapest and easiest way to improve your computer speed.

Quick and easy, doesn't kill tasks, they just trim it. It also has clear cache mode which also helps a lot.
Cons
I had to keep toggling this program to startup with Windows, which it didn't before, but it seems like they fixed it.
