  Pros

  I had a 15 minute MP4 file that was too big to upload. I extracted the first 7.5 minutes into an mpg file. I then extracted the second 7.7 minutes into an mpg file. The extracts looked good.

• Video splitter that doesn't see the video!

  Simple, neat and tidy layout.

  Cons

  Doesn't recognise the fact the video uploaded into it does not display anything! I have tried various MP2 MP4 and will not display, AVI, some will but crashes. I am using XP Media Centre with SP3 and no other problems when viewing files in MC, Windows 11, Real, or DivX

  Summary

  Some say it works fine, but it didn't for me. It's free, so try it. Make sure you have antivirus, and an uninstall program BEFORE loading ANY of the FREE software!

  The program seems very easy to use. Nothing complicated about it.

  The program freezes up 3 seconds into the splitting process. I can't get it to work at all.

  Well at least the program is free.

  Cons

  User Interface does not provide beginning or ending time. A pop up allows for starting and ending in SECONDS ONLY but then the program does not work on a simple mpg file.

  It's very easy, quick and simple to rip your music CD tracks as MP3 or OGG files to listen to on your computer system. It is free and safe. No problems at all!
