All the updates are free. Other software charge silly money just to keep up to date.

I am now being threatened to remove my bad review. It appears that it was already removed... Sad that the only replies I get are to tell me it works (when it doesn't) and threats. I have asked for a hard copy of the program or a refund which seems to be getting ignored as well.

Not all discs are in the data base and have to be added manually.
Summary
I purchased the product. It works ok, but I had a few issues and tried many times to contact customer service / tech support and never received a reply. It appears they take your money and forget about you.
The name of the other, and in my opinion better program is FAST TRACKS v2
I then tried another program that was equally as good or better. I wrote a few times with questions and received a quick response. I will return to this comment page and provide the name.
The only thing that is holding me back is that I will have to manually insert all my specially created discs again.
In summary I would have to say: stay away from AIRWER Karoke Song List Creator
