Including Acrobat Reader, FireFox and Thunderbird, Internet Explorer, Office applications like Word and Outlook and Open Office. Use search suggest to get alternative suggestions for your searches. Create custom search buttons to use your own favorite search engines. Version 4.0.0.2 may include unspecified updates, enhancements, and bug fixes.

Only on of these tools I could find that you an click on a word in acrobat reader documents and search for it.
