• Cheaters that claims it is FREE !

  Pros

  There is nothing good about this software. It is very simple to be only free and in fact that is what I needed for a simple project a simple free inventory software. They are crooks because they claim that it is a free version not a TRIAL at all. I downloaded and entered several items and wallah stupid people asked me to buy the registered version to keep going and 3 hours I spent was for nothing. I think you should go to hell because this is not ethical. Lie is a sin and you deserve HELL.

• The WORST program EVER!

  Pros

  Initially I thought it was simple to use so after uploading my inventory files and spending countless hours working with it I changed my mind

  Cons

  Do not use this product unless you want INCORRECT reports and trouble figuring out if the data is accurate. If you are trying to find out what products a customer bought, forget about it, you wont find it with this product. I could go on and on but I'm tired of talking about it...this product stinks!

  Summary

  I can not recommend this product to anyone! Beware...it is not worth the cost!

  doesn't work properly. I bought Inventoria and Express invoice to work together. Big mistake Express invoice won't take inventory out of Inventoria like it should when I contacted tec support it took 3 days for them to answer. They asked what version I had (I had already told them) when I answered them it took them 3 more days to answer me this is their answer "You got the correct version but Im unsure why it does not work for you. I will transfer this ticket to our account department to process your refund." I still have not received a refund. Now I have to deal with the credit card I used to try and get reinbursed.

• HORRIBLE Program - DO NOT PURCHASE

  Pros

  At first view it seems relatively simple to use for the average layman. But don't be fooled. It is only the interface that looks easy.

  Cons

  However if you need to have more then 1 person using it, you then purchase the software for mulit users. Which we did. We however did not buy a support contract, which I thought was a very high price for what we we would receive. If you don't have a support agreement. They take days to get back to you, there is no phone number I can find to call.I tried backing up the data I already entered and it looks to back up but then when you try to restore the backup -it does not back up. Also all reports are in a pdf format so when you convert it to a spreadsheet, it groups all material into 1 line. I could never get the multi user to work, because tech support only gives one line answers and then does not respond back when you have more questions. You have to start the process all over again. The refund policy is very tricky. It says the only way you will get a refund is if tech support can not get the program to work after 14 days. Nothing but problems, I would never recommend this to anyone!

  Summary

  the technical support is very limited, slow response and wants basically $15 per email for support, online support has 1 line answers, the forum I see other people asking the same questions but no one answers them back. DO NOT BUY They won't answer or give the money back. Terrible program would not recommend

  Has every thing you need for and inventory managing system. Web base access built in easy to set up.

  Cons

  No android or iPhone app

  Summary

  Minus the lack of response and not taking advantage of the app market I think this is a great program.

  lacks sales orders lacks bin locations or location within a warehouse

  try something else unless you have a very small inventory and don't care about where your items are in your facility. if you don't need a sales order to pick your items...then this is for you

• It embeds unwanted programs/shortcuts to program menu

  Pros

  it's free to use. interface design has internet explorer browser look.

  Cons

  even though it let you select what to install in the beginning, it still install shortcuts/programs to the program menu. Each window of this program contains icon linking to its software website that can't deleted. Make you feel like being tracked.

  Summary

  too many hidden stuffs this program doesn't tell you when install. Not right.
