IncaMS supports up to 50 terminals and a cash sale. IncaMS has an integrated stock system with barcode scanning capabilities. We included a client editor, so you are able to completely customize the look of the client window displayed on the terminals. The client editor is easy to use and is installed with IncaMS. Add text or images to the client and make it fit your Internet cafe decor. You can even display instore specials or pricing on the terminal window itself, just drag and drop the text to your location on the client window. You can issue your customers with usernames and passwords, which can be topped up with more minutes. IncaMS now also has Skype integrated. You can turn your terminal into a public phone system. Just activate the Phone option on a charge and it will display a dialer when unlocked.

Version: Internet Cafe Management Software 6.2.4
"its totally free and very easy to use!"
Pros: the client editor makes customization easy, the interface is quick and efficient and it supports customer accounts
Cons: there isn't a real help file available on the software, but its easy enough to figure out
Summary: Its a very interesting piece of software, and its good that one can have all these features without any limitations due to unpaid registration fees. its is free so one can't ask for too much, one just hope that a help file will be added to future re... read more >>
