InLoox is a PM software with many features

In our firm we often work in cross-functional teams and the InLoox software has really helped us get some order into the project chaos. - thanks to Outlook integration, very easy to use after short learning curve - Dashboard for easy overview - Kanban and mindmap view for better task management - Budgeting features
Cons
- the email integration is great for communication, but a live chat feature would be an additional plus
Summary
All in all, we're very satisfied with InLoox and can definitely recommend it.

Pros
We started using InLoox in our IT department for our internal support system. Other departments heard of it and everybody liked it. They were especially impressed with the Outlook integration. We now use InLoox across the company and our departments collaborate great with the software. - Makes teamwork easier and more transparent - Facilitate collaboration across departments - Outlook integration - Easy to use

Fantastic Outlook integration. Easy-to-use. Ties together scheduling, emails, documents and time tracking. Great for managing multiple projects.
Cons
Converting a very complex Mind Map into the project schedule is a little slow at times.

Pros
Love the Outlook integration and the intuitive navigation. The tool automatically syncs all Outlook entries with the project platform - and that saves so much time! The Gantt planner is absolutely fantastic, the drag and drop functionality makes it extremely easy to use.
Cons
Would be nice to have an instant messaging feature.
Summary
Great tool with the right feature range and at a more than fair price.
Easy to use and install. Fully integrated in Outlook.
