Licensing and subscriptions are not worth the price for smaller 1-5 people companies.
Poor customer management.
Poor networking
Poor printing and email invoices to customers.
Summary
Overall this is a good software, but very restrictive license and not worth the price. You can get better commercial software for the same money.
Fast and easy to set up
Pros
Easy interface;very adaptable;easy to customize
Cons
None that I can think of
Summary
Overall the best bang for your buck in terms of a procurement software. Love it!
Great Inventory software
Pros
So easy to install and import data. Like that I can go from manufacturing to retail and everything is tracked.
Cons
It's not really free. I can only have 100 inventory items and about 20 customers, then I have to upgrade for money. Am I missing something? Is there a better free version of this software that I've missed? I sure can't afford the $700.
Summary
Wish I could afford the software, saying it's free is misleading
Fantastic & Straightforward Software for Small Business
appleunderpants
Pros
Very easy to install (literally one click) and use. The interface is clean and the software supports everything you would need in a basic inventory management program. The killer feature for us was the ability to use decimals in the quantity field!
Cons
Reporting features could be more robust.
Summary
We ended up purchasing the Premium version of this software and have been really happy with it. There are no monthly fees and the support has been fantastic. You have nothing to lose with trying out the free version!
Excellent Inventory and Order Management Software
fiszmark
Pros
A feature-rich software which is easy-to-use and priced reasonably, requiring a one-time license payment. After searching and testing a number of software in the marketplace, inflow inventory was the best match for most of my needs.
Cons
None that need serious attention. However, some few enhancements can surely make the software better. There is always room for improvement.
Summary
great product and excellent customer support
tamarindoniceguy
Pros
very easy, user friendly and in house customer support. if you need help, you can talk to a canadian, not an indian eh?!?
Cons
i cannot change the auto backup destination folder. i would like to save to a cloud server like dropbox.
Summary
i tried several other programs over a 6 month period and inflow was by far the best. they even called me on the phone and emailed me several times to make sure i liked their product.
Great solution for Manufacturer
alice.msb
Pros
) it provide the maximum flexibility for users to customize the 'tabs' to include in the UI, templates and report. This is important because different industry have different ways of naming things or need the extra tabs there to include extra info which is important for everyday business transaction.
2)Bill of materials: without this function we cannot use inFlow, because of our business nature we need a program that will allow us to 'assemble' parts and sell it as one unit and able to recognize / deduct all the assemble parts from the stock when we sold 1 complete unit of the product.
3) The UI is very nicely presented than all other ones I've found available on the internet.
4) The recent new updates that include the report to print out all the Item, QTY and price bought for each invoices per month per customer is particularly useful for accounting purpose. This make it a buy buy point as it solve the time to prepare for the payment statement each month.
Cons
1) Customizing the template is not very straight forward if I want to start from scratch. Involves many trial and error to see how it will look like after importing the doc. file to Inflow and execute it out to see the layout etc..
2) After several times of "REIMPORTING" the customized Word template, inFlow will send pop-up message which will not let me save the new changes. Way out of this is to delete the previous imported template and import it again as a new template or re-install the program.
I've also found out that if I save the Word in doc form , it will not crash so often as docx will.
Summary
Cost effective solution for business that just want to focus on product, selling and purchases. Easy to operate.
Perfect for small business inventory
sophiewdc
Pros
Easy to use, reports including tax and profits!
Cons
No option for monthly installment... Although, It has served all the purposes I need it for at this time. I may discover more later.
Summary
Very Beautiful and easy to use, has everything i need
Pros
I like the simplicity of inflow and that fact that nearly everything I want is covered in it. I love the analytics you give and I would recommend you concentrate on that as well. The future is now moving towards big data so if you could introduce some analytics with big data then that would be very useful for small to medium size firms. However I have a few other things I would like you to introduce
Cons
There are no cons, just some general additional features I would love them to add for example more on concentration on expenses and different work orders for unique jobs.
Summary
Couldn't work it out. Wasn't intuitive
Pros
Didn't have any.
Cons
It took ages to install. Takes ages to start.
I tried to create an inventory for a shoe business by trying to create models with different colours and sizes, but creating products was not straight forward, not flexible. I've just removed the application.
good luck!
