From LIGHTNING UK :ImgBurn is a lightweight CD/DVD/HD-DVD/Blu-ray burning application that has several modes, each for performing a different task: Read - read a disc to an image file; Build - creates an image file from files on your computer or network (you also can write the files directly to a disc); Write - write an image file to a disc; Verify - ensure that a disc is 100% readable (you can also have ImgBurn compare it against a given image file to ensure the actual data is correct); and Discovery - used in combination with DVDInfoPro, you can check the quality of the burns your drive is producing.
Version 2.5 adds An 'Advanced' input mode to build mode where you have total control over the layout of the disc and can add new folders, change names etc. and Optional logging when hidden or system files/folders are skipped in Build mode due to the current settings.

"It takes the guesswork and complexity out"
Pros: # Free of Cost.

Summary: It certainly won't win any beauty awards, but it has almost everything you need to create CDs and DVDs. images. Did I mention its free ?

"Free software, works perfectly"
Pros: Burns ISO files to CD or DVD
Cons: None that I can think of.
Summary: This is what was left of DVD Decryptor once they took the DVD Decrypting stuff out of it. A very solid free program that burns ISO files. Easy to use, fast, free.

"Exactly what I was looking for"
Pros: This program is awesome. It nicely and cleanly burns images, rips images, burns files, and more. It has a nice interface, starts and runs cleanly, and has a ton of options if that's what you want.
Cons: Not much. I mean, I wish it did EVERYTHING but that's a bit much to ask. Otherwise, I'm very satisfied.

Pros: it burns all kinds of formats and offers many options, its free and it doesnt nag
Cons: i couldns find it fast enough to reinstall after reinstalation of windows
Summary: very nice product that does wat u would expect of an imige burner and then some for free and witout asking to upgrade to pay version or limiting any options also shows lot of info
