Some users complained that they did not receive any response from IconCool team. That's our
fault. Now we have greatly improved our after-sale service. Further more, our software has been
reviewed by SnapFiles, 5 Star, sofotex and Download2you, etc, and got 5 stars award on
their websites. That is to say, our products are not at all bad. -
"Fails to authenticate."

Pros
The trial version appears to be a fairly complex application. I thought worthy of purchase. The menus are faily clear unless you want to contact support or want register as a licensed user.
Cons
They respond very quickly to purchase arrangements at Share-it a part of Digital River wher purchsaed, However there is no straight forward menu option to enter your licence into. Customer service & Tech support unresponsive.
Summary
IfIf you still want to buy, don't buy through digital river. I hsave tried 4 or 5 times to install/reinstall using the information int the license email to no Avail. My advice, don't buy.

I don't have any graphic designing knowlege, but Iconcool Mixer provide me a fast channel for creating delicate icons. It's very easy. I recommend you to use it.

Iconcool sudio pro has an artistic interface and can be operated in a convenient way. Its table layout and operation mode fully considered our custom and habits, and provide powerful function for editing icons. I like it very much.

I have used IconCool Studio 3. After downloading the latest IconCool Studio 5, I find that it is more excellent than IconCool
Studio 3.(ie, the speed for starting it and running efficient are much better than IconCool Studio 3, so does the stability.). To my surprise, it has different user interfaces. I like the position of toolbox and function panel which is so comfortable to use it. The colors match is also beautiful. I also like the new color management methods, visialbe filter
operation and making different states icon. IconCool Mixer is a cool guy, but i need more time to learn how to use it.
In a word, as the old user of IconCool Studio, I recommend that everyone has a try to use it.

I don't know why this company release at least 3 same products. IconCool Editor, IconCool Studio, everything is just waste of time. There is no new idea, you can find much more better and cheaper products.
This is the same as many free editors.
Also I'm not able to make good looking Vista icon and I can't imagine how could IconCool do that.
About IconCool Mixer - not so bad but
where is creative ? Just a list of Icon Shapes .
