Product ranking:#33 in Desktop Customization
None at all.
It didn't work. The option to save the setting never displayed, even after a refresh.
This program didn't work on Windows 10.
Does exactly what I need it to do
None so far
It doesn't work so, it doesn't have any.
This app worked fine for years. However, on Window 7 it does nott restore them to the supposed saved places. Too bad it used to to a terrific job.

Is that win 7 32 bit you have ? Maybe it works ok with 64bit ?
Used this utility for a couple of years with no problems, fantastic when it did. Super easy to use.
Not working correctly lately, almost as though there's a limit to the number of icons it will handle. The last few I've added don't get saved when I Save and don't get restored to where they were when I Restore. Every once in awhile, the whole desktop gets whacked again and the tool can't restore any of it. Stuff is saved in the registry so one can only imagine what's happened. Tried deleting a few destktop icons to see if I could find the failure threshold, but no luck. Tried contacting the developer, but his website is gone.
Can't recommend this any longer. Doesn't work reliably and appears to be orphaned at this point.
simple, fast, reliable, small, helps keeps my desktop page organized the way i want it. it's that simple.
nothing. hope it continues to be updated with newer operating systems
simple, fast, easy. what more could you hope for.
* Adds another functionality that Windows forgot.
* Has never failed to work on my Vista 32 bit.
* It's Free!
??? - I've used this for 3 years, and it has yet to fail me.
I don't understand those reviewers who insist that somehow the author of this free software owes them something! They don't tell us why, but they do somehow feel that the software deserves only one star because it doesn't work on their 64 bit system! So? Using that logic, they should go through all the perfectly good Apple software and rate it one star because it too doesn't work on their Windows OS - Dumb *****.
Thank you, Mr. Taylor, for a useful tool that has done its job well for a long time.
There applets out there that have more features, but, if all you want is a basic "keep my icons where I put them" program, then none else will do.
It won't work on post-XP Windows OSes.

Works fine on my 32bit Vista Home Premium! And according to other reviewers, it works on ALL other Win 32 bit systems.
easy to manuver
did not work
Could not get it to work on 64bit Vista
This program restores your icons to the last saved record. It is simple and easy to understand.
does not work on 64 bit systems
If you are expecting this to customize your desktop, then you will be disappointed. but if you use this for what it claims to be useful for, then it will not fail you. It simply restores the icon locations. It will not bring back deleted icons or cure cancer. It simply restores icon location, and it does it well.
Used it on my old computer running WinXP SP2 64-bit. Worked great! Loved it! Somebody needs to remind Mr. Taylor that the times they are a'changin.
Old program, neglected by its' creator. Not updated to support modern software. Too Bad.
