Considering this is hardware specific, not to mention it's for specific operating systems, I think it is safe to say that other posts whom rate this as a 1, complaining about it does not work on Windows 7 64 bit, can be as easily overlooked as people whom buy a tractor tire when they need a car tire and then complain it does not fit. This driver works perfectly if you have the software and the proper operating system.

It's working the same as what was originally on my HP MINI 110 when I first purchased it. Some files got missing and I tried hp.com to reinstall it gave me an updated download that would not work with my Notebook laptop computer.
Cons
I have found no cons with this download.

takes up quite a lot of memory (7,180k)

It's better to have it rather than not have it if using built in speakers, as they really help prevent some nasty audio deformations
