• still got charged MONTHS after my account was cancelled

  can't think of any except the prompt response letting me know they couldn't charge my card after i finally had to cancel it because of them

  -poor choices of shows/movies -"cancelled" my account but was still getting charged even though i had no access to my account online -could not access any means of communicating this dispute to anyone at all

  Does not work at all, and the company who made this product no longer offers it on their web site. That should explain it all. To put it simply: SAVE YOUR TIME AND DON'T DOWNLOAD THIS.

• 3 Hours and still Does Not Work

  A Fantastic Program to take up Your Time! But I have other things to use my time on than to try to get a Program to work and not have it do anything. Install was easy.

  Same as Pro's could not get it to work. Ttied to do everything I knew to get it to download but it just would not go.

  Summary

  I like Hulu, and don't even mind the Ad's they play. They have to pay for the band some way and I had rather not pay for it so why not. But I would like to save some of the shows to watch again, so I got the Hulu Grabber. The Install was easy, the program starts good and all that. But it just would not download at all. Checked my Firewall, both software and the Hardware Firewall, both were set for it. Checked the Anti-Virus and and Cookie settings. Both good. Ran Systems check, Good. Traced the Threads through the System, everything looked good right down to it using CPU time. Bottom line I spent Three Hours and Nothing to show for it. Got what I paid for I guess. I have download some other softeare and will try those.

  This is the old version. New version 4.17 isn't available here, or anywhere. The site that makes it requires you to install some other BS software. Someone PLEASE get the updated version 4.17 here!!!
