Other featuers include: powerful search engine, use on a single computer or shared on a network, organizes external candidate files, quickly view and edit attachments with a click of a button, dials phone numbers by clicking phone field, and minimizes keyboard entry with the SmartFill technology. This version is the first release on CNET Download.com.

Pros: uses all the right lingo and jargon for the Recruitment Indsutry which makes it comfortable for us old recruiters..
Cons: the operating system is outdated and hard to follow.

"Free tracking software for recruiters"
Pros: * Helps you track applicants, clients, job orders, and placements.
* Can be networked and used by several recuriters at the same time.
* Can attach documents and other files to applicant's record.
*Learns from your data entry and automatically fills the field next time you type. This is a nice time saver.
* Freshness stamps that shows you when record was last updated.
You can define skills fields.
* No licensing fees! No catch!
Cons: * You might need to read some of the sections in the user's manual for optimal use of this software. Make sure to read ones specifically mentioned on the download site of the Headhunter 2000 download page.
* The resume generation feature did not work on my PC.
* Over all all not bad for free software!
