• Ticket Generation and Printing Problem.

  It installed easily as with the rest of it's kind.

  Cons

  After installation am still trying to figure out how to generate and print tickets. IF there is anybody out there that can help, I will appreciate the assistance, as this would help to avoid using PARACETAMOL. I am testing the software for a client.

  Summary

  The software can be good if the owners can be a little end-user friendly. I have tried calling the owners but no response. No documentation to support the software.

  internet cafes love it.

  Cons

  as a user of internet cafes I have found that I am consistently swamped with viruses when I am at a handycafe. e.g., my flash drives get overrun with viruses. please tell cafe owners that handy cafe is not sufficient as a virus scanner.

  Summary

  someone needs to add a virus scanner to this software package.

• Great free cyber cafe apps!

  Pros

  - I have been used this software for over 3 years. Very good for free apps. - Fast and easy to setup. - I love monitoring tools feature! - It's absolutely free! - Run smoothly on my internet cafe and game center with 52 clients!

  Cons

  - Annoying banner. But I can easily blocked using proxy server. - Previous version is much stable than latest one. - Lack of documentations and support!

  Summary

  This is the best free cyber cafe apps so far. If you don't want to spend hundreds of dollar to buy cyber cafe billing apps, this is good for you. Use your money to build squid proxy server, and you can block banner, also you will save bandwidth!

  This software looks impressive and seems to have a lot of potential.

  Cons

  Could not get it to work properly on my home network but this may not be the fault of this app. This could be my lack of knowledge that is to blame.

  Summary

  I don't own an internet cafe I just tried this software so I could control my kids internet access on a wireless home network. Another point I would make here is that it does not mention anywhere when downloading that it is just a 14 day trial as I was given the impression it was free.

  Pros

  Quick to install, easy interface, works out the box with little interaction (read bottom-line), Can work with most non-64 bit systems.

  Cons

  Each ticket needs to be printed on an individual sheet of paper, doesn't work with receipt printers, pop ups via the client (workaround is available to divert some of it), lose your password and/or fail to read the instructions and you're screwed.

  Summary

  Really the program is what it is, it's a light-weight program which has a lot of heavyweight features built in. One minor setback would be the non-configuration of the wallpaper to log in and the constant need to have a full page wasted to print out ONE time code. The username/password bit for the walk-in tickets is also difficult to deal with. If this program would get rid of the popups and/or have customizable banners for it's client, that would be one star. Printing to an actual receipt printer or at least the ability to print multiple tickets on one sheet is an added star. But both features are currently lacking.
