Pros: I love the way it does things, especially it's powerful ripping tools.
Nice interface.Cons: It's better used in the hands of an experienced tech; not the most user friendly.
Needs more formats supported.

Pros: Converts dvds and video files reliably and accurately.
Cons: It's not especially user-friendly, but workable. It doesn't rip encrypted dvds, so you need to rip those with another program first . It's kind of slow, but not too bad.

"Windows version takes days to encode something."
Pros: Mac version works well, even on an older computer (G4 processor).
Cons: No Flash Video support.
Summary: The Windows version needs to get much closer to the Mac version in speed.
