• Its the Server not the Trial

  The server can do somethings the trial can't.

  Cons

  Basic users don't know how to do anything with the trial. It just waste time and space.

  Summary

  I couldn't get it to do anything. It was a total fail. And CNET installed something (Halo Server) on my hard drive without (Mislabeled file) telling me.

  if you already have Halo: Combat Evolved... than this will be something useful

  Not what the site is claiming it to be....

  Do Not D/L if you are looking for the trial of Halo, this is the software for running a dedicated server (hence the reason the file name Halo_DS). If you already have Halo then by all means get this so you can set up a dedicated server

  What, do I have to be a computer genious to get this stupid thing to work? It is definately not easy. I have a regular system and a fair bit of experience, but obviously not enough to get this demo going!

  Summary

  Not at all intuitive. I thought Microsoft was supposed to be good at making things functional and relatively easy to use. Bad job Microsooft!
