HTML Template Browser is just that. It recursively searches a specified folder for index and default html files. The pages are displayed in a list. Single-clicking a link will load the page in the embedded browser and double-clicking the link will open the page in your default browser.

"Excellent software for browsing templates"

Pros: you can browse any folder of your choice for you collection of templates and navigate easily to see all templates very fast and to pick the one you wants

Cons: this is nice start , but something have to be added in this software:
fetures like "change folder", "add to favorites" main item name, sub items etc. , "append folder"(means choose multiple folders simultaneously) etc. yet to be added..
