Pros
1- simple to use, effective. 2- blocks some programs as well to close backdoors from disabling the program, a plus. 3- one of the very few programs that works when you are behind proxy server, a big plus.
Cons
1 does not give a custom message or custom page when blocking a website, just direct you to blank page and fixed message in the status bar. 2- the program has some network problems in sending emails and connecting through remote management, probably firewall configuration.

Very good program, highly recommended. Updated on Jun 15, 2014The program does not work with windows 8, you can install it and it works with internet explorer from the desktop, but it does not block websites when you use windows explorer from the tiles/app page. I'll wait for an update to fix this issue.

Good to revive employees forgetting about work. First I watched what people doing on their computer when I blocked Facebook and messengers. Amazing how much time employees spend on entertainment and chat. I recommend this soft. I tested a few programs. HT was the most fully and professional. A big advantage is quite cheap price. It's reliable and easy in use.
