Version: HR Data Manager 3.15

"Easy to setup - Easy to use"

Pros: We were setup a couple of hours after buying the program sharing the data on two computers. The training piece is a real plus for us.

Cons: I wish it had employee and manager self serve, but for the price you can't beat it.
