From Spinnie :This mod for Vice City will open all the areas that are locked by default. Over 100 changes. Numerous buildings are available for the purchase (among other things Leuchturm, stadium, etc.). Both islands from the outset attainable. New Missions (e.g. PCJ running). First mission removed. All clients are immediately available.

Summary: Its all right but you need to fix some of the new places that you buy like having garges and where do you park your cars at the Airport.
