"Great IM for company use!"

Pros
I have been using it now for about a year. We love it. It is great because when someone gets an IM they know it is from someone else at work. It has increased productivity.
Cons
Wish it had a builtin startup delay for users on wireless.
Summary
If you need an IM client that only your employees can connect to this one is great. no outside disctractions from IM outside the organization.
Also has a server side that can log IM if you need it.
